Q. Why does the color remain after washing?
PAM contains DHA (Dihydroxyacetone).
DHA reacts with proteins on the surface of the skin and creates a natural brown color.
Unlike regular makeup that only stays on the surface,
PAM helps the skin itself take on a natural tone.
That is why the color remains more easily even after washing.
Q. Does the color stay forever?
No. The color is not permanent.
It gradually fades together with the natural renewal of the skin and dead skin cells.
Durability may vary depending on skin type, face washing, sweating, and usage.
Q. Why does regular eyebrow makeup fade easily?
Many eyebrow pencils, powders, and gels are designed to be removed easily with cleanser or makeup remover.
With sweat, oil, face washing, or hot springs,
the color can easily become lighter or smudge.
Q. In what situations is PAM useful?
PAM is ideal for travel, hot springs, exercise, outings, and busy mornings.
Especially useful for people who do not want to completely lose their eyebrows without makeup.
Q. What do you recommend for first-time users?
We recommend trying PAM on your finger first.
After a short time and after washing your hands,
if a light brown tone remains,
it means DHA has reacted with the skin.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, delivery is available only within Japan.
Direct international shipping is not available at this time.
Q. Can travelers in Japan purchase PAM?
Yes.
Travelers staying in Japan can receive delivery at hotels.
